Billing and Fee’s
At Vascular Care Centre, we believe in providing a premium service for everyone for
consultations, procedures and diagnostic imaging.
While some of our services are bulk billed to Medicare, some may attract an out-of-pocket fee.
This charge reflects the skills and costs involved in offering a top-quality service.
Our surgeons are highly qualified and our sonographers are specialised Vascular sonographers.
No matter which type of service you require, our helpful staff will explain the billing process when you book your appointment.
OUT-OF-POCKET FEES
If you do need to pay a fee our staff will inform you when you make your appointment.
You will be asked to settle your account when you have finished your consultation, procedure or ultrasound.
Our staff are more than happy to help you with lodging your Medicare claim at this time.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Settling your account is easy, we accept EFTPOS (Preferred), cash (this will need to be the correct amount), or Cheque (Please check with staff to see who you make it out too).
MEDICARE SAFETY NET
If you are paying large amounts towards your medical expenses, you may be entitled to receive an extra rebate via the Medicare Safety Net.
