  • Any letters from your doctors
  • Any relevant x-rays, scans and blood test results
  • Current medicines
  • Medicare card, Veterans Affairs repat card, private health fund card
  • Details of Workers Compensation, public liability or third-party case
  • Comfortable clean day clothing
  • Glasses, hearing aids, non-electric walking aids (labelled with your name)

 

The Wollongong Private

  • Current medicines
  • Medicare card, Veterans Affairs repat card, private health fund card
  • Details of Workers Compensation, public liability or third-party case
  • Comfortable clean day clothing

Note: Please inform us or the hospital if you have any concerns about your surgery, with an early notice your surgery can be re-scheduled. If you are too unwell for surgery, it may be postponed until you are feeling better and it is safer for you to have an anaesthetic.
